Dismuntel's Ethical Channel is the preferred channel for communicating internally possible infractions committed in a labor or professional context, in accordance with the provisions of Law 2/2023, of February 20; it is available to anyone who has a relationship with our company and its responsible use and in good faith will serve to strengthen our way of acting, resolve doubts about the interpretation and application of our Code of Conduct, prevent and detect irregularities, ensure confidentiality and anonymity, where appropriate, as well as the security and integrity of communications.

The aforementioned Channel is integrated into Dismuntel's Internal Information System, which is managed in accordance with the general principles established in our General Policy and following the Communications Management Procedure (you can consult and download both documents as well as the Privacy Policy when accessing the Channel).

The Ethical Channel allows information to be communicated anonymously; however, Dismuntel encourages you to identify yourself and provide your contact details, as this will ensure that there will be no retaliation and will also allow us to contact you for clarification, additional information and to follow up on the processing.

This Ethical Channel is not part of Dismuntel's website or intranet and is administered and managed through an IT tool specifically designed by Lefebvre - El Derecho, S.A. to comply with the provisions of Law 2/2023 of February 20, which is hosted on secure servers located in Spain that comply with ISO 27001 and ISO 9001.

Access to the information communicated through the Ethical Channel is restricted to the System Manager and, if applicable, to the external advisors who support him/her, who will treat all communications with the utmost confidentiality, in accordance with the applicable legislation on personal data protection and with good business practices.
